Please read the following as any submitted order and payment is an acknowledgment that you have read and understand the following information and services that you will follow our rules.
The Following are our terms and conditions, and we reserve the right to all of the following:
- RawAmericana will not be liable for information errors, incorrect order forms submitted by purchaser, damage from delivery, any accident or even that resulted from product, oils, wicks, waxes, or vessels independently made and purchase from third party to provide finished product. Any accident or injury the result of not following product care and use instructions or safety label as that is buyers' responsibility and buyer acknowledges this when purchasing our candles or scent products.
- Explain your copyright rules, such as attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, etc.
- Users may not engage in the following behavior: No unlawful speech, no hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
- We have the right to Disable user accounts.
- If items are not picked up or you have not contacted the seller and made agreeable arrangements with seller approval, item will not be stored beyond November 30th of 2024 and no refund or substitution under any circumstances will be paid out to or made with customer.
Return and Refund Policy
The Following is our policy and procedures that will be followed.
Our Return and Refund policy consists of the following:
- Terms of return: Must be with in 30 calendar days of shipped date or pick up date. * If item was damaged and visible damage was on exterior of package proof or this must be obtained before we will issue new package and the sender must be notified of your grievance.
- State of return (Products must be unused, untampered with, in original packaging, with all original components and reason why must meet standards that would fall under product failure and will not be accepted due to a "change of mind"
- Reason for return: Product must be damaged or incorrect from receipt of items purchased.

- Process of refund: Purchaser will pay for item to be returned if acceptance is received from seller that return meets standards as outlined. Once this has occurred seller will replace item or issue repayment as agreed on with buyer. (Original shipping costs will not be refunded, product price only*
